CANCELLATION POLICY
I totally understand that life happens and things come up! To keep my schedule running smoothly and be fair to all of my clients, I kindly ask for the following: • Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee • Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service fee Each appointment time is reserved just for you, so last-minute changes make it difficult to fill that spot.
